Olivia is a registered nurse with a background in emergency, whose personal healing journey sparked a deep passion for nervous system regulation, post-concussion recovery, and chronic pain. Her work bridges science and soul—blending evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care with integrative mind-body approaches. She is a certified Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) practitioner, holds a certification in post-concussion management, and is currently training as an integrative somatic practitioner. Olivia believes that healing goes far beyond managing symptoms—it’s about uncovering root causes, rebuilding internal safety, restoring a felt sense of wholeness, and remembering the body’s innate capacity to heal. Her approach is grounded and compassionate. She weaves together somatic principles, pain reprocessing therapy, and holistic nursing to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
She is inspired by the healing potential of psychedelic therapy and its ability to unlock deep transformation across mind, body, and spirit. Olivia finds joy in nature walks, yoga, sunsets, quality time with loved ones, backpacking, and travel. She’s endlessly curious about neuroscience, psychology, nutrition, and spirituality.
