Terri, a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counsellors Association), is trained in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT), and has completed her Level 1 training with Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute—an evidence-based modality closely linked with psychedelic integration therapy.

As our full-time therapist at Field Trip Health, Terri brings over 1,500 hours of clinical psychedelic therapy experience. In therapy sessions, she draws from her background in the drug and alcohol recovery sector, as well as her experience working with youth as a middle school counsellor and educator.

Terri’s wellness counselling approach revolves around addressing the complete well-being of individuals—mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Grounded in mindfulness, she combines evidence-based modalities to navigate and transform both conscious and subconscious blocks.

Gurvir Grewal, NP(F) is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency and primary care, currently working at Field Trip Health in Vancouver. She holds a Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of British Columbia. Gurvir brings over eight years of frontline healthcare experience, including five years as an emergency Registered Nurse and more than three years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical foundation and deep understanding of acute and chronic health conditions allow her to support clients holistically through their healing journeys.

Gurvir’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and client empowerment. She values curiosity, collaboration, and compassion, taking time to co-create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and validated. Drawing from evidence-based practice, she integrates psychedelic-assisted therapy with conventional mental health frameworks, tailoring care to each client’s unique needs. Her work is grounded in respect for neurodiversity and a commitment to reducing stigma around mental health and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Shannon, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background in Speech-Language Pathology, boasts experience as a concurrent disorders counsellor in the substance use field. Drawing from a diverse range of treatment modalities, including inner child work, attachment-based approaches, and spiritually-informed practices, she demonstrates a holistic approach to therapy.

Having been actively involved in the MAPS Phase 3 Clinical trial using MDMA-Assisted therapy for PTSD, Shannon co-facilitates a monthly psychedelic integration group.
