Melanie is a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about shifting the paradigm in mental healthcare. Working over a decade in acute and primary care settings, she has observed the limitations of conventional treatment options in truly addressing the root causes of many people’s suffering. In addition to her role as a middle school counsellor and educator, she has honed her skills in Vancouver and Bowen Island, BC.

Terri’s wellness counselling approach revolves around addressing the complete well-being of individuals—mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Grounded in mindfulness, she combines evidence-based modalities to navigate and transform both conscious and subconscious blocks. Trained in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) through ATMA Training, she has completed her level 1 training with Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute—an evidence-based modality closely linked with psychedelic integration therapy.

Terri’s belief in the profound healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness is rooted in her professional and personal experiences with psychedelics and breathwork.
