Terri, a MPCC (Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling) with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counsellors Association), is trained in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT), and has completed her Level 1 training with Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute—an evidence-based modality closely linked with psychedelic integration therapy.

As our full-time therapist at Field Trip Health, Terri has guided over 1000 ketamine journeys with over 2,200 hours of clinical psychedelic therapy experience. In therapy sessions, she draws from her background in the drug and alcohol recovery sector, as well as her experience working with youth as a middle school counsellor and educator.

Jody is a graduate of the University of Calgary, where she earned her Master’s degree in Social Work. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, schools, community clinics, and crisis teams. Her professional focus has been in the areas of mental health and trauma, supporting individuals living with both acute and chronic challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Jody has had the privilege of working with clients across diverse ages, cultures, identities, and spiritual beliefs—experiences that have continually deepened her understanding of the human experience.

Jody identifies as an integrative therapist, combining techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. Her work is influenced by attachment theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. She incorporates both traditional talk therapy and body-centred, experiential modalities that support deep and lasting healing. Jody has advanced training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, clinical hypnosis, and trauma-informed yoga. She views healing through a holistic lens that recognizes the emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing, and believes that every individual carries an innate capacity for healing.

Gurvir Grewal, NP(F) is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency and primary care, currently working at Field Trip Health in Vancouver. She holds a Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of British Columbia. Gurvir brings over eight years of frontline healthcare experience, including five years as an emergency Registered Nurse and more than three years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical foundation and deep understanding of acute and chronic health conditions allow her to support clients holistically through their healing journeys.

Her work bridges science and soul—blending evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care with integrative mind-body approaches. She is a certified Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) practitioner, holds a certification in post-concussion management, and is currently training as an integrative somatic practitioner.
